At BRIEFING, we stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and brand tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
